The Combat Challenges can be quite irritating to complete. These are Wave based skill trials that test your abilities in Combat & Stealth. The Challenge Medals, on the other hand are. The first two objectives are not very difficult. To earn 100% game completion for the Perfect Knight Achievement, we must beat the game on any Difficulty, complete all 240 Riddler Challenges in the Main Campaign, & achieve all 48 Challenge Medals on the same playthrough. I would recommend playing through the game once on Normal first so that you can get a feel for the controls. On Hard Difficulty, the prompts for Countering enemies disappears & you have to do it completely by sight or muscle memory. While you could in theory try unlocking everything on Hard, as all Difficulty Achievements are retro-active, it is very difficult. One playthrough on Easy or Normal Difficulty earning 100% game completion & the other playthrough just on Hard Difficulty.
For 100% Achievements, we will need to complete two playthroughs of this game.
